Bradley “Brad” Meinck is the Founder and Managing Broker of Asset and Key. Brad’s leadership has earned companies under his direction recognition on both the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Fast 50 and the Inc. 5000 lists of fastest-growing companies.
Brad is deeply committed to the Tampa Bay community, bringing his real estate expertise to a wide range of civic, nonprofit, and industry organizations. He currently serves as Chairman of Saint Paul’s School Board of Trustees and sits on the Board of Directors for the Community Dental Clinic.
His industry leadership includes service on the Florida Association of Realtors Board of Directors, as Past Chairman of the Public Policy Committee for the Pinellas Realtor Organization, and as Vice-Chair of the Stellar MLS Commercial Advisory Group.
Brad’s civic involvement spans past leadership roles as Chairman of the Pinellas County Emergency Services Advisory Council, Chairman of the Pinellas County Federal Credit Union, and Commodore of the Carlouel Yacht and Beach Club. He has also served on the City of Dunedin’s Personnel Review Board and Public Relations Board, and as a Director on the Morton Plant Mease Hospital Foundation.
